Albert Creek update - July 31st

The month of July at Albert Creek was finished with some nice surprises. On the 31st a Red-throated Loon flew by calling and the same day Kelly spotted a HY Sora doing clumsy acrobatics by net #9. On the 30th we banded 59 birds including two firsts for the season - a SY male Sharp-shinned Hawk and a juvenile Spotted Sandpiper. On the 31st 36 birds were banded including 2 juvenile Least Sandpipers.
